ARTICLE 3: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The FoxyPanel site allows the User free access to paid polling and survey services offered by its partner platforms.
The User is invited to respond to paid surveys and questionnaires. Completing these surveys entitles you to a gain of varying nature and amount, which will be specified for each survey.

The User undertakes to provide information as precise and exact as possible and is informed that in the event of erroneous or inconsistent responses, the partner survey platforms of FoxyPanel may immediately or subsequently cancel participation in surveys. , which will result in a cancellation of the winnings paid for them.
Partner platforms may also refuse the User's access to their surveys temporarily or permanently, which will be neither the fault nor the responsibility of FoxyPanel .

ARTICLE 4: ACCESS TO THE SITE

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do this, he must register following the procedure described in ARTICLE 5.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, or the sites and servers of partner survey platforms, and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not incur the liability of FoxyPanel . ARTICLE 5: REGISTRATION / OPENING A MEMBER ACCOUNT

The User can register and open a member account on FoxyPanel by completing the registration form, provided that they reside in a country included in the list of countries authorized to access the services of FoxyPanel on this same registration form.

By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning their marital status and contact details, in particular their email address.

Registration is only authorized for adults.

To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their email address and password chosen during registration.
The User undertakes to systematically update the information concerning him in the event of modification thereof.

ARTICLE 6: UNSUBSCRIPTION / CLOSURE OF A MEMBER ACCOUNT

Any registered Member User may also request unsubscription by going to the dedicated page in their personal space, or by making a request by email to the email address . This will be effective within a reasonable time.

If the User has not requested payment of his winnings, according to the terms of ARTICLE 8, before requesting closure of his account, his winnings will be lost.

ARTICLE 7: CLOSURE OF A MEMBER ACCOUNT BY FOXYPANEL

Only one member account per individual is authorized. Any creation of multiple accounts by the same person may result in the permanent closure of the accounts concerned as well as the loss of accumulated winnings.

In the event of suspicion of fraud on the part of the User, FoxyPanel reserves the right to suspend the member account while awaiting supporting documents from the User (proof of identity, address, etc. ..).

In the event of proven fraud, the User will be notified by email of the closure of their account; this fraud will result in the loss of winnings accumulated on this member account.
The User is informed of the fact that FoxyPanel reserves the right to retain information relating to the account of any User identified as a fraudster for the purposes of (1) depriving the latter of the possibility of having a new User Account , (2) to sanction any infringement and (3) to prevent any new infringement, in accordance with the declaration of conformity to AU-46 of the CNIL. The fraudulent User has a right of access, rectification and opposition (for legitimate reasons) to information concerning him.

If no access to your member account has been recorded over a period of at least six (6) consecutive months, FoxyPanel reserves the right to remove access to your account, which will result in the permanent loss accumulated earnings.

ARTICLE 8: PAYMENT OF WINNINGS

The remuneration for polls and surveys is expressed in points “ FoxyPoints ”, symbolized “ FP ” on the User's member account.
When the User makes a request for payment of their winnings, the accumulated FoxyPoints are converted into the currency allocated by FoxyPanel to the User's country of residence.

The User can request payment of their winnings from their member account as soon as they reach the minimum threshold specified in the Payments menu.
This payment will be made by PayPal transfer or Gift Vouchers according to the payment methods available for the User's country of residence and according to the payment method chosen by the User. Payment will be made within 15 days after validation of the request.

FoxyPanel reserves the right to modify the payment methods offered at any time.
FoxyPanel reserves the right to refuse payment if a breach of these General Conditions of Use is noted. The User will be informed by email of this decision.

The payment of winnings obtained through the Services offered by FoxyPanel may constitute taxable income depending on the User's country of residence.
The User must complete the formalities required for the declaration of this income.
The User, by the nature of his activity, and the absence of any relationship of subordination, cannot be assimilated to an employee. He is independent.

ARTICLE 9: DATA COLLECTION

The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information while respecting privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
Under the Data Protection Act, dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data.
